Otanaha Regional Hospital Receives Award for Successfully Implementing Four System Integration

In addition to providing services to patients, Otanaha Regional General Hospital (RSUD) never forgets its commitment to producing various innovations.One of the innovations carried out is integrating the online queue system, Claim system, e-SEP implementation and fingerprint.Thanks to this innovation, Otanaha Regional Hospital has not only succeeded in improving services to residents, but has also received an award from the Social Security Administration for Health (BPJS Kesehatan).The award was received by Dr. Grace Tumewu, at the 2025 national meeting of BPJS Health facilities at Naffil Cafe & Resto, Thursday (9/10/2025)."Thank God, this morning I received an award from BPJS Kesehatan for the integration of the four systems we implement at Otanaha Regional Hospital," said Dr. Grace.According to him, this achievement cannot be separated from the direction and motivation always conveyed by the Mayor of Gorontalo, Adhan Dambea together with the Deputy Mayor of Gorontalo, Indra Gobel who always hold meetings in order to evaluate the performance of OPD including the implementation of services and management of regional hospitals, one of which is at Otanaha Regional Hospital.This evaluation is of course in order to achieve the vision and mission of the regional head."We realize that with this award from BPJS Kesehatan, there are still many things that need to be improved at Otanaha Regional Hospital. And, God willing, as directed by the mayor, we will continue to encourage the staff at Otanaha Regional Hospital to address these shortcomings," said Dr. Grace.For this reason, Dr. Grace continued, her party expressed gratitude to Mayor Adhan and Deputy Mayor Indra who, for approximately 8 months leading Gorontalo City, have spurred the enthusiasm of all staff at Otanaha Regional Hospital in carrying out their duties, main tasks and functions (Tupoksi) in the health services sector.
